EUR 2.00 (from 1 July 2025 EUR 3,00) per person per night from 13 years old, year-round.

Our hotel is equipped with 2 parking lots (which you can view HERE)

• Outdoor front reception with approximately 15 parking spaces

• Basement garage (maximum height 2.10m) with approximately 50 parking spaces.

• Both are available free of charge while spaces last.

Reservations are not possible. The parking lots are not guarded.

Our restaurant houses: breakfast room, restaurant, pizzeria, grill, and has a panoramic lake view terrace.

Opening times: breakfast 7-10, lunch 12-14, dinner 19-22. Choice of:

• à la carte menù: restaurant pizzeria and braceria (10% discount for Hotel guests); Half board and/or full board (reservation only);

• Lake Fish or Meat tasting menu (2 pax min);

• Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan and vegetarian dishes available for both breakfast and lunch and dinner (please advise in advance).

• For vegetarians, vegans or people with major intolerances, we do not recommend half board, full board or tasting menus. We recommend choosing from the à la carte menu or consulting the dining room staff.

Reservations recommended, mandatory on weekends.

Our Spa provides:

• Spa entrance (Wellness Path);

• Relaxing massages, with essential oils, decontracting, draining, etc;

• Facial and body treatments.

The wellness path consists of access for 2 hours to the 250m² Spa: swimming pool with 3 whirlpools, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers, Kneipp path, ice waterfall, herbal tea area, relaxation area with chromotherapy.

We provide bathrobe, bath towel and slippers. Swimming cap and bathing suit are required.

Not all rates include access to the spa. Please check when booking if interested.

Entrance to the spa (and the pool inside) is only possible with time slots, by reservation (see table below) for a limited number of clients, to ensure a relaxing experience for all in a quiet and serene environment.

Children ages 0-11 are welcome in our Spa during the following hours (shown in the table with a blue symbol): Mon/Fri 9-11am, 11am-1pm, 1pm-3pm Sat/Sun 9-11am, 11am-1pm.

On public holidays that fall between Monday and Friday, the Sunday rate applies.

Rates for children are: 0-6 years old € 4.00, 7-11 years old € 8.00. From 12 years old, they are considered as adults both as entry times and rates.

All services (massages, treatments and wellness paths) must be booked in advance when making reservations. We do not guarantee availability under date or at check-in unless previously agreed upon.

Their stay costs € 15 per night up to 6 years old, € 30 up to 11 years old; (free of charge 0-3 years old if they do not use a cot. In a cot € 15 per night).

From 12 years of age onwards costs and services are the same as for adults.

• Restaurant: meals such as half board, full board or wine tasting are never included in the package for them. There is a choice of restaurant children's menu, pizzeria children's menu or à la carte menu with a 10% discount.

• Pool/Spa: Mon/Fri 9-11, 11-13, 13-15. Sat/Sun 9-11, 11-13. Cost € 4 up to 6 years or € 8 up to 11. Bath towel provided for them; swimming costume, swimming cap, slippers and bathrobe required. If the stay includes wellness treatments for adults, if children are included in the booking, these will also be included for them.

N.B. Entrance to the swimming pool is subject to spa entrance.
Check-in documents: we remind you that when you check in at the hotel, you will also be asked (as per Italian law) for your identity card. As the health card is not a valid ID, the identity card or passport is mandatory. The absence of such documents may result in a denial of check-in and therefore entry to the hotel.

Dogs are allowed in all room types except Junior Spa and Royal Spa Suite at € 20 per night.

They may enter the Hotel and Restaurant. If left alone in the room, they must not disturb other guests (e.g. by barking) or damage the furnishings. To let them stay, it is compulsory to inform them in advance.

Cats are NOT allowed.

Available for hire from us:

• Citybikes for hire free of charge, included in the rate. Citybikes are only available in adult size. If you are interested in bringing your little ones along, please bring a child seat or their own bike. Citybikes are not bookable, they are available while stocks last.

• E-bikes available for hire, by reservation: 2h € 10, half day € 20, full day € 30

• Kayaks available for hire from May to September, subject to favourable weather conditions € 10 per person for 2 hours.

Our hotel only issues invoices (no receipts). The invoice header is made at check-out and if you wish to make it out to a company/agency, or to a specific name, the request must be made either before or during check-out. It will not be possible to change the invoice once it has been issued.
